Tighten all the stitches. Use crochet hook:

 Sew circles to the boot
As pictured below

Knit bow
Pick up (white color) 6 stitches
1-16 : s/s– 16 rows
BO the stitches, leave a very long yarn tail.

Form the middle of the bow:

Wrap a a long thread in the middle, fasten off..
Sew a bow to the boot as pictured below

Sew 2 buttons as pictured below

The boot is ready!

Make the 2nd boot the same way:

“Minnie Mouse Costume” is ready.
