Digital Marketing specialisation course ( Google, FB, LinkedIN Certfication and/ or
min. 1 year course on digital marketing from leading institues like MICA etc) is a
must have

Work Experience: Min. 6 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing specialist role either in
leading organizations (FMCG, FMCD, White Goods, Electronics, E-Commerce,
Automobiles, Farm Equipment, Consumer Goods) or in leading digital marketing
agencies (From Agency background- Only profiles working on digital marketing
strategizing and execution role to be considered; Profiles in Client
Servicing/Project Mgmt in agencies not suitable for this role).
Should have worked end to end (strategizing to implementation) on and led
digital marketing projects for leading organizations and brands in India across
domains/segments including b2b, b2c, d2c etc.
Role requires proficiency and experience in various digital marketing platforms
(Google Networks, OTT, Social Platforms, Programmatic buying ) & techniques
such as SEM, SEO, SMM, Influencer driven marketing, Content marketing,
Website development, Blogs, Mobile Apps, Lead Generation and other relevant
tools. End to end handling of min. 3-5 digital marketing projects as project leader
is expected.

Digital Marketing Lead


Job Purpose:
This is a high visibility and high impact role responsible to establish and execute Digital marketing
strategies to meet organizational objectives and to expand and ensure TBSPL’s presence in all digital
platforms for respective B2B and B2C businesses.
Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility
Digital Marketing Strategy
a. Formulate & Implement digital marketing strategy and roadmap for TBSPL and its sub
brands/ products units for both paid and unpaid marketing platforms to meet the
objectives and goals of business units and the organization.
b. Create a roadmap for the company’s presence on various online platforms like google
networks, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, OTT platforms, DOOH and other
relevant channels.
c. Conceptualize and implement innovative online content and communication strategies in
coordination with business marketing and communication teams to accelerate lead
generation while also improving brand presence and product adoption.
d. Understanding and analyzing market dynamics, customer preferences, competition
landscape and market segmentation and accordingly creating a data driven audience
targeting and content strategy for individual business units and digital platforms
e. Creating and implementing innovative marketing tools, media formats, ad types, content
and messaging formats at each stage of customer life cycle from awareness to advocacy.
f. Ownership of Corporate Website including Content, UI, UX, periodic updates,
Viewership trends, Website quality.

Digital Marketing Operations


a. Manage TBSPL’s digital marketing properties such as FB, Linkedin, Google venture,
website etc. and ensure content/specification/business changes is updated at all these
platform
b. Act as focal point for driving and implementing digital marketing plan in coordination
with business marketing & communication teams
c. Collaborate with external digital marketing agencies to execute digital marketing
activities as per the pre-established plan and calendar for the given period
d. Liaison with digital marketing agencies, creative and media agencies/ vendors to create
content in multiple media formats and marketing tools as per the requirements of the
digital marketing plan
e. Ensure all inquiries & leads received through digital platform are filtered and
channelized to the concerned Business Units with focus on leads conversion
Digital Marketing – Analysis, Optimization & Reporting
a. Monitor metrics for measuring product/ brand awareness & leads generation through
digital medium and monitor these metrics on a timely basis
b. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against pre-
established goals (ROI and KPIs)
c. Identifying trends and insights to optimize spends and landing pages to improve
campaign performance.
d. Analysis and take corrective actions accordingly in order to meet Business Objectives
e. Benchmark social medial marketing approaches in and outside the industry to identify &
implement best in class approach at TBSPL
f. Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends;
implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current
campaigns to include new information

experience in digital marketing field
