Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for coordinating across verticals (Product, Sales, Policy, Risk) and providing analytical support to Bank’s Retail Loans
team with Pricing, Profitability, Customer targeting, Geographical strategies, Cross Selling strategies and Collection Strategies

Key Projects Handled:
• Moratorium Implementation & Collection Strategy:
o Used customers’ transactional behaviour within the bank and outside the bank Pre & Post Covid-19 to understand their
vulnerability to default in pandemic situations and helped in collection strategies for different customer segments after
moratorium period ends.
o Helped in significant drop (~80%) in Moratorium 2.0 Opt-In & estimating cash flow based on customer behavior
• ETB Customer slippage to Dealers Identification:
o Performed fraud analytics working closely with leadership to understand the key reasons behind heavy slippage of Existing
to Bank customers to channels other than branch and digital
o Helped business and credit team in detecting the specific locations where suspicious activities were detected and developed
a model to track the same regularly
• Ex-Gratia Payments:
o Helped the team to reconcile the customers’ payment and outstanding data from the available data infra within the required
time frame to credit Ex-Gratia payment as per the RBI & Supreme court regulations.
o Later verified the credited payments to ensure smooth auditing
• Retail Loans Geo Strategy:
o Created Geo scoring models for retail loan products, thus helping in prioritizing locations across India for launching a new
products & expanding sales manpower for an on-going product.
• Pricing & Profitability Analysis:
o Various analyses on improving profitability through monitoring RoE & pricing according to risk, demographics, customer
engagement and distribution channels
o Identified the primary reason for low profitability & prepared a road map to increase overall profitability of the Auto Loan
customers at Bank level by cross-sell
• Other important activities:
o Monthly Business dashboard, Profitability (RAROC) Dashboard for Auto loans (consumed by Bank’s leadership), Industry
view of the entire Wheels Product using CIBIL Data. Helping product team in improving Approval rate by suggesting
sourcing guidelines using Decision Tree after analyzing and identifying the key issues

o Received MP++ rating (5 on a scale of 5, given to top 5% of employees) along with promotion in Annual Appraisal for my
performance in FY21
o Received “BIU Star Award” by President, BIU for deriving actionable insights through profitability and Industry analysis for Auto
