Objectives of our Business: Making our custom feeds from organic sources
to avoid the costly commercial feeds for our farmers and to become a center
of excellence and consultancy in poultry breeding and management.

Target population/market segment and size of market: 25% of Guyana


trade dealers which is around 250,000 persons.

Price of similar products and services and main competitors: When


dealing with competitors and product a lot of people will tend to try and gain
a big profit of $800 while it can be sold cheaper and can make a profit of $300
to attract customers.

Availability and comparative price for any substitutes: If there was a case
when the Grower feeds are finish and a customer wants one we need provide
a substitute which will give half the nutrients a bag grower gives. So the
customers that are buying will get a 20% off since it will not give more
nutrients as the Grower feed can.

Sales forecast: Many linkage or relationships in business with other people


may tend to help increase product sales by 10 %.

Justification for location: The reason for the location is because the area
that I chose is filled with a lot of small and big farming sections and it has a lot
of land space so in the future the business can extend.

Main features of products: There are many features such as the product is
tangible, It is Healthy for the chickens and it comes in the pellet, mash or
crumbled form and it is made up of corn, oats, soybean, grit and limestone.

image should be placed on the product to indicate your business name,
number, location and email address, this helps to get customers attention and
they will get to contact you if they need more feed.

Description of pricing strategy: In a business when manufacturing a


product the best way to set a price is through comparing. The best way to
achieve this pricing strategy is research of other people products like ours and
compare the quality of the products, when that is done we will drop our price
like 5 % of theirs.
