Learning Objectives:
• Students can identify the names of geometric solids
• Students can identify the elements of geometric solids
• Students can make structures of geometric solids from the materials that have
been told to bring before (straw, clay or plasticine).
• Students can give the examples of objects around them that look like the
geometric solids

Description:
In this unit, the students learn to know the various kinds of geometric solids
around them.
Overview
Activities Introduction (10 minutes):
• Teacher and students will do the opening with greeting and prayer to start the
lesson.
• Teacher check the students attendance

Core activities (45 minutes):

• Students observe the drawings that teacher made on the board to find out the
names of the geometric solids
• Teacher guide the students to mention the elements of geometric solids
• Students in pair make structures of geometric solids from the materials that have
been told to bring before (straw, clay or plasticine).
• Teacher appoints students one by one to mention the objects around them along
with the name of the geometric solids

End activities (5 minutes):

• Teacher gives the directions for the next material to the students.
• Students pray before ending the lesson and say goodbye to the teacher
