Social Institutions are the establishment in a society that makes the society

function. They work as the backbone of a society. Without the social institutions a
society cannot achieve fulfilment in terms of economy, academy, or relationships.
Often, the success of a given society is heavily dependent on the various social
institutions that are in place. This includes the family, education, religion, government,
the economy, and health care. Each one of these institutions are important in their
own independent ways but collectively they have all contributed to the overall well-
being and livelihood of every individual within a society.

Society means living of people in a group in a particular place. These people

adopt climatic, geographical, and cultural phenomena of that place which gave
formation of society or a social system. If we talk about importance of social
formation. Social formation gives a new kind of shape for newborn person and

Evidence shows that educators need to have gender awareness to be open to

girls’ and boys’ choices in learning and development, help children explore who they
are, and make connections to people around them, as well as gain self-confidence,
well-being, peer acceptance, and social support.

2. What facilitated my learning?

I am impressed on the presentation of the group. They use varied apps that
would arouse the interest of the participants. They able to engage full participation in
their discussion. Their topics were relevant and knowledgeable because of this I
make it a point to be focus and involve myself in their activities.

3. What hindered my learning?

I was not able to join on time because I reported at my school in the morning
to attend our stakeholders who wish to donate school building. Since I don’t have
strong internet connection at school, I have to travel fast back home.

4. How can I apply my learning in my work?

I will be employing my knowledge to my colleagues so we can treat our school

children, parents, school personnel, community, visitors equally regardless of their
economic status, gender and ethnic group affiliation.
