SONDEX® heat exchangers

Commercial Section
1. DELIVERY

Delivery time will be 12 to 14 working weeks from receipt of your technically and commercially clear written order
based on our current workshop commitments.

This delivery is actual as at quotation date – however upon receipt of your order we shall advise the expected
delivery as determined by our engineers and shop loading at that time.

Delivery period is based upon your approval of any documentation submitted by Danfoss for your review within
2 calendar weeks of the corresponding submission date.

2. VALIDITY

This quotation is only valid for 30 days from the date of this quotation.

3. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Our pricing has been based on the following terms,

By TT,
30% deposit upon contract signed
70% balance must be proceeded before delivery

6. GUARANTEE

The equipment is only guaranteed for thermal and mechanical performance when operated at the design
conditions as specified within the design data sheets. This guarantee extends for a period of 12 months from
Danfoss.

Danfoss assume no responsibility for excessive fouling of the apparatus by material such as coke, silt, scale, or any
foreign substance that may be deposited.

Danfoss shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Danfoss assume no responsibility for deterioration for any part of the equipment due to corrosion, erosion, or
any other causes regardless of when such deterioration occurs after leaving our premises.

6. CANCELLATION / TERMINATION COSTS

In the event of the contract being cancelled in its entirety, the following cancellation costs will be applicable.

0% 0-10 days after letter of intent to proceed

15% 10-30 days from letter of intent to proceed

After and including 11th day from order, all costs overheads, third party liabilities, engineering fees, cancellation
costs of our sub suppliers (as will be applicable), shall be charged at cost plus 10%.

7. INCOTERMS

The delivery term of all equipment will be CIF Ho Chi Minh seaport

8. TAXES & DUTIES

Our prices exclude taxes and duties or withholding taxes of any description on any items of equipment whatsoever
and, if applicable, these will be charged directly at cost.

9. TERMS OF SALES

This offer is made under the express condition that Danfoss Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply,
unless expressly set out otherwise in this offer. If the Terms are not enclosed hereto, the Terms are included by
way of reference and are available at: http://salesconditions.danfoss.sg. Danfoss may charge you separately
for surcharges and fees, such as but not limited to: small orders, freight and handling, express delivery, return
and cancellation, provided Danfoss has informed you of such surcharges and fees, e.g. in Danfoss order
confirmation, as part of price lists, or as otherwise made available to you.
