Pakistan. The firm gets its raw material from cotton fields in Sindh and exports all of its finished
goods (Denim Clothing). The firm is the top exporter of garments in Pakistan and exports all of its
product to USA.
(a) Briefly describe the transportation mode the firm uses during its entire supply chain right from
cotton fields till its customer in USA.

set the target revenue goal for next year. The target revenue set was Rs 120Million which is 10%
greater than the previous year target. The firm deals with one product which they plan to sell for
Rs1000.

Being a resource planning manager of the firm how will you translate the company annual business
plan in to Aggregate Production Plan, Master Production Schedule and Material Requirement
Planning? Explain your answer using Operations Planning Hierarchy?
