HOW TO STAY FIT AND HEALTHY

If you’ve been listening to the recent news, you already know about our national
obesity levels rising by the day. This happens because many of us don’t really
know what they eat day by day and don’t consider seriously to get an adequate
amount of exercise to stay fit and healthy. What can they do, then?

First of all, they need eating a healthy diet. That means they have to consider all
the three components of a balanced diet, carbos, proteins and fats in order to let
their body use them all and be strong. That’s absolutely important.

When they are confident with this aspect, it’s time to exercise. But remember :
your body asks you to have time to rest. Think of it as if it were a car which needs
maintenance sometimes. You must make time to chill out.

And last but not least, try not to stay indoors all the time. Despite the fact that
they are underestimated, running or even having a simple walk in your city can
help you a lot in getting healthier and fitter.

You are not forced to take up a specific sport, just following some simple tips
allows your body to get used to the new healthy lifestyle you decided to cope with.
Everything it’s up to you! It’s time to change!
