What is stress? Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical


pressure. It usually comes from an event that causes you
frustration, anger, or anxiety.

What are the effects of stress?

organize a workshop that teaches you how to de-stress and
are holding sessions that gives you a chance to apply these
concepts in real-life scenarios.
