LEGAL NOTICE BY SPEED POST

Sir,

We are acting, for and on behalf of our client, Blue Ocean Tech Solutions Pvt.
Ltd., through its director Mr. Sankalp Kishnani, having its place of business at
71-A, Near Shiv Mandir, Alkapuri, Bhopal, M.P. 462024, (hereinafter referred
to as “Our Client”), we the undersigned hereby serve you with the legal notice
of following contents:

1. That our client is engaged in the business of computer related activities

for example maintenance of websites of other firms/creation of
multimedia presentations for other firms etc.

2. That you the notice is an employee of our Client working as Web

Developer you were hired by our client on 19.11.2020 since you the
noticee applied for the job for the available vacancy of web developer on
agreed package of Rs. 1,80,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Thousand
Only) per annum as negotiated by you the notice with our Client.

3. That at the time of joining the service our Client informed you the
Noticee regarding the monthly salary cycle of the company and the said
net take home salary was Rs. 15000/- per month. During the period of
your service you the notice made several request to our Client for the
increment of the salary. After your repeated request our Client revised
your monthly salary from Rs.15,000/- to Rs. 18,000/-, within a year of
your employment.

4. That in the month November 2020 you the notice decided to resign from
the position of Web Developer and decided to leave the company with
respect to which you the noticee submitted the 60 days prior notice for
resignation on 20.11.2020. On 24.11.2020 that you the notice withdrawn
your letter of resignation and requested our Client to allot work from due
to your personal reasons.

5. That after your repeated requests our Client allotted you work from
home, but in the month of December 2020 you the noticee again left the
company without 60 days prior notice, which is against the policy of the
company. Moreover, it is a contractual and moral obligation of an
employee to give prior notice before leaving the company. That after
various requests made by our Client for the reason for the resignation you
the notice never responded for the same.

6. In view of the aforesaid misconduct and breach of obligated duties you

the noticee are hereby informed that your actions called for the
infringement of duties of an employee.

7. It is further stated that you the noticee is required to submit your official
resignation to the authorised representative of the company and have to
work during the said notice period for the company.

For the reasons as stated herein above, we therefore for and on behalf Our
Client, call upon you to kindly settle the matter outside the Court of Law.

In case you fail to comply with requirement stated above within 15 days from
the receipt of this legal notice, please stand advised that I will pursue all
possible legal actions against you, both civil as well as criminal, in the
appropriate Court of Law. Legal actions shall be solely at your own risk, cost
and peril and where only consequence of your lack of application of mind and
to protect and safeguard reputation and interest of myself.
