The first step is to form a group of 10 to 15 family / household members in each ward / council.
Markets should also have a group of 10-15 members including workers / traders.
COVID preventive measures should be taken care of by the members of the group themselves
Monitoring and Support will be provided to the group by respective departments
Constituting District Implementation Team under District Formation of Ward / Division Level Implementation
Collector Committee under Ward Member /Division Counselor
Posting of District Nodal Officer (Sub Collector) and Identification of Group Leaders from each CCGs and
Charge Officers (Dy.Collectors) for each Taluk regular review of progress
Constituting Taluk Level Implementation Team under Sharing contact details of CCG leaders with CMOs and
Tahsildar & Incident Commander Nodal Officers
Constituting Local Body level Implementation Team and Formation of WhatsApp Group by LSGD Nodal Officer
Posting of Nodal Officer at LSGD by including CMOs assigned to each Wards/Divisions
Posting of Cluster Monitoring Officers at Taluk Level for Formation of WhatsApp Group by CMO by including all
each LSGD Wards / Divisions CCG Leaders assigned to them
Training for CMOs and LSGD Nodal Officers Training to Ward members, Political and Cultural groups
by respective Nodal Officers and Mater Trainers
Online Data Submission of Daily Status from CMOs and
Daily Report from Taluk Incident Commanders Sharing of articles, media files, messages, guidelines etc
up to the root level through electronic media
Review of Online Reports by Taluk and District
Implementation groups, take redress issues Awareness Campaign through CMOs, LSGD Nodal
Officers, CCG Leaders, Political and Cultural groups
Formation of Closed Cluster Group of 10-15 houses
based on geographical boundaries Monitoring and Issue Redressal through respective
departments
