The aspirant, Mr. Jamshaid Faisal Janjua is an exceptional professional resource
in view of his knowledge for Contracts, Engineering and Management. He has
been providing inter-division input pertaining to various agencies and inquiry
commissions with due diligence and in the time when such enquiry agencies
were starting to point fingers towards NESPAK, like other departments, the
young aspirant voluntarily took part in countless matters involving NESPAK and
not only rose above expectations but also developed a repute such that for
instance; services of NESPAK were acquired by NAB to assist in preparation of
technical references. Another significant achievement, aside bring substantial
amount of business, is the amendment of Clause 59 in PPRA rules which helped
NESPAK in distinguishing from other competitors in the private sector based on
its domain which resulted in securing consultancy on various mega projects on
single source and enhanced clientage for our prestigious organization. Today,
NESPAK is registered and shown on PPRA website as a registered government
owned organization which encourages the government client departments to
approach NESPAK for single sourcing with even more confidence which they
had lost owing to the onslaught by the enquiring agencies in the recent past.

He was elevated as Project Manager of Infrastructure Development of LDA

Avenue – I in year 2015. Since then, his role as Project Manager has always
proved to be splendiferous. As Project Manager, he has ten (10) projects in
progress whereas three (03) projects are completed with profit ______ which has
eventually highlighted his profile as a Program Manager or rather a Portfolio
Manager. The projects under his leadership encompass various fields including
development of infrastructure for housing societies, riverfront development,
construction of barrages, river training works, GIS based mapping, rehabilitation
works, Grid Stations, underground electrification, waste water treatment plants,
waste to energy proposals etc. Further to the above, he is managing Project
Consultancy Services (PMC) Contracts for two mega projects i.e., Ravi Riverfront
Urban Development Project and Development of Lahore Central Business
Districts as Project Manager and these projects worth consultancy fee above Rs
1,000 million. Few other notable projects under the umbrella of his project
management are Infrastructure development for LDA City Housing Scheme,
Construction of Shahkam Flyover and at grade improvement works, supervision
of Naya Pakistan Apartments at LDA City and Rehabilitation of Roads in Lahore.
Moreover, as a Project Manager, he has not only managed to develop his site
team but have also developed elevated the competencies of his subordinates
working as PMO, the result of which is the acceptance of the concept of PMC of
NESPAK currently working and assisting the client under his leadership at Ravi
River Front Urban Development Project.

Financial aspect
He is also providing assistance inter-division within the company and to various
agencies / inquiry commissions pertaining to Contractual and Productivity
matters. He is hardworking, loyal and dedicated professional. He is a valuable
asset of the company, having the vast experience and excellent clientage repute.
He always perceives company’s interest to the fullest.
In view of above, I strongly recommend him for promotion to Grade-12 and it is
believed that his role in a senior position will be more beneficial for NESPAK.
