Initial Task (10%) :
When I look at the painting, all I see was people and faces. There are different faces that overlap over
the others but still had a distinct form. My take on this is that, this painting portrays the essence of diversity yet
the similarity is there. For me, the different faces symbolized the diversity in our society and the overlapping
lines represent the connections and similarities we have.
SAQ#1 (10%):
I would be preferring architecture. I really appreciate well-built buildings and structures especially in
other countries. I would gladly travel around the world to see these wonderful creations. It amazes me how they
create such masterpieces, from the ancient pyramid in Egypt up to the modern structures today such as the
newly structured hotel in Dubai, the Gevora Hotel which is currently claimed the tallest hotel in the world. It is
so much fascinating how and where they get inspiration from. If ever I would be given a chance to study
architecture, I would certainly grab that opportunity.
SAQ#3 (10%):
My personal thought on this quotation is that, art gives a new way to look in life. Art defines what inside
a person’s mind tool it and put it into shape, lines, and gives them dimension. From a person’s perception
become an actual tangible product of art. An artist creates a masterpiece that would show how his mind and
imagination works.
