Application for leave of absence for two days

Dear Sir,
Respectfully, I wish to state that .I have been suffering
from very high fever since last evening.The doctor has
advised me complete bed rest for two days .If the fever
comes down , I shall attend the school from March,1 to
March, 2 ,2019 .If it continous my blood will be tested
for the exact diagnosis, Kindly grant me leave for two
days .I shall be grateful.I am enclosing the doctors
prescription chit for your perusal .

Respectfully I wish to state that I want to change my

section. The chief reason behind my decision is that
there are some exceedingly non-serious students in my
current section who don’t let me study properly. They
disrupt and distract other students most of the time.
Even the teachers are fed up of them.
 After discussing the matter with my parents, I have
decided to change my section. Kindly allow me to
change my section to section VIII-A. I shall be
exceedingly grateful to you.

beg to draw your kind attention, to an outgrowing issue
in our residential area. For the last few ______
(days/weeks/months), we have been facing this awful
situation of overflowing garbage bin with heaps of
waste. The main cause of the problem is __________

waste collection/Non-collection of garbage/ any other
issue).
The _________ (stray dogs and cows are all around to
eat up anything and everything). The hygiene level in
our locality has dropped very low due to the same. In
addition, residents have become prone to multiple

transition of time, the hassle of stray dogs is increasing
in our locality.Townsmen are facing a lot of issues,
especially in the market area. 
The street dogs not only litter in public areas but also
have become very violent. They turbulently run towards
the people which creates a bizarre confusion and horror
among the crowd. News of the brutal biting of a senior
citizen was also published in the newspaper.

matter on priority.

could have been more fatal if people would not have
been gathered.
I request you to take proper actions to prevent any
further miss happenings like these. I hope we would get
some relevant measures soon.
With due respect, I beg to say that I live in Vijay Nagar
D-5 in Civil Ward – 6. It is a thickly populated area.
Being a industry locality, it is also famous area in our
city. But the water supply in our locality is not regular. It
is made one time in two days and for a short time.
Sometimes the water supply is not made for three days
continuously. Other resources of water are not in well
condition here. There are only two Hand Pumps in our
locality. They are either in bad condition or out of
control. They supply very little water after the hard
labor. It is not enough for the people of this locality.
Even the wells in our locality are dry. People cannot get
water from them enough to fulfill their needs. Because
of this people have to fetch water from a long distance.
They spend a lot of time in bringing water. This affects
in their daily work. The time which they have to spend
on their necessary work has to spend on bringing water.

Therefore I request the concerning authorities to look

into the matter seriously and take necessary steps for
solving the problem. So the water supply may kindly be
made daily in our locality. People may get rid of the
problem of poor water supply.

I am constrained to draw your attention to the growing

menace of thieves in my locality.

The policeman is a rare sight in the crowded and

growing locality. Taking advantage of the absence of
the police around, some goondas are freely indulging in
thefts and robberies. During this week as many as 5
thefts have taken place. No house which is locked even
for a few hours during the day is safe.
Burglary too is on the increase. The other day four
miscreants broke into a house and relieved the inmates,
at the point of knife, of all the cash and jewellery they
had.
I request you to take immediate steps to stem this tide
of insecurity.
I wish to bring to your highness’s notice the problem of
traffic jams in the city. The problem is so serious that
every day almost all the roads become impassable
owing to the long traffic jams. Owing to the lack of strict
action, the problem persists.
There are many causes of these jams such as narrow
roads, excess amount of vehicles, street vendors,
absence of traffic police at all the crucial traffic
monitoring points, etc.  These jams are causing a huge
loss to the national resources. Not only time is wasted,
fuel worth millions of rupees also gets wasted. 
I think making some of the roads one way along with
the deployment of traffic cops will ease up the situation
a little bit until proper infrastructure is constructed. A
heavy fine should be levied against the defaulters. I on
behalf of the citizens of Ludhiana appeal to you to look
into the matter and relieve the citizens of the menace of
jams caused by the above mentioned causes.
