Item Description

THIS IS A FIXED PRICE

CONTRACT.

Any quantity included is approximate and is

inserted to establish rate for the described item.

The contractor or his representative is invited to

visit the site to ascertain the prevailing conditions
and establish quantities.

All items necessary to complete the works must

be included in the rate as no adjustments will be
made to the final submitted figure.

All installations must be in compliance with the

manufacturer's specifications and must not void
manufacturer's warranties.

All items supplied by WIP have to be

collected/loaded from Port Esquivel by the
Contractor or his Representative and transported
to the site at his own expense, without any
damage.

All paint colours/finishes must meet Triffy's

standard. To ensure this all colours/finishes must
be approved by the Engineer prior to purchase.

ALL DEBRIS must be removed from site at end of

works.

2 VENT LINES REPLACEMENT

Replace defective vent lines with
UPP pipes- Excavate to get at
pipeline and remove; supply and
install UPP pipes and fittings as
replacement. Pipes must be
appropriated angled and installed in
bed of clean washed sand. Pipeline
must be tested and certified upon
completion. Reinstate all excavated
areas and place markers to indicate
2.1 where pipes were laid. All necessary 200 ft
safet precautions must be adhere to
at all times

3 CANOPY - DIESEL PUMP

Electrical installation to include all
material and equipment required to
provide 110V/220V supply to
canopy soffit. Circuit to be taken
from existing canopy light
Carefully remove existing pump light
