Personally, I have never had an opportunity to view this kind of document, there fore it is new to me.
However, the first one I really enjoy the layout it is not to long where it is difficult to read and stay
focused and it covers all the major points that are considered needed in this kind of document. The
second employment contract that I found is a little lengthier but still covers all the needed aspects.
Overall, I think the first one was a little clearer to read and understand.
