Bourbon Old Fashioned

Ingredients
 1/2 teaspoon sugar
 3 dashes Angostura bitters
 1 teaspoon water
 2 ounces bourbon
 Garnish: orange peel
Steps

1. Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add the water, and
stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.

2. Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the bourbon, and
gently stir to combine.

3. Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.
Negroni

Ingredients
 1 ounce gin
 1 ounce Campari
 1 ounce sweet vermouth
 Garnish: orange peel
Steps

1. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled
with ice, and stir until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes.

3. Garnish with an orange peel.


Manhattan

Ingredients
 2 ounces bourbon or rye
 1 ounce sweet vermouth
 2 dashes Angostura bitters
 1 dash orange bitters
 Garnish: brandied cherry
Steps

1. Add the bourbon (or rye), sweet vermouth and both bitters to a
mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a chilled coupe.

3. Garnish with a brandied cherry.


Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients
 3/4 ounce vodka
 3/4 ounce white rum
 3/4 ounce silver tequila
 3/4 ounce gin
 3/4 ounce triple sec
 3/4 ounce simple syrup
 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
 Cola, to top
 Garnish: lemon wedge
Steps

1. Add the vodka, rum, tequila, gin, triple sec, simple syrup and lemon
juice to a Collins glass filled with ice.
2. Top with a splash of the cola and stir briefly.

3. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

White Russian

Ingredients
 2 ounces vodka
 1 ounce Kahlúa
 1 splash heavy cream
Steps

1. Add the vodka and Kahlúa to a rocks glass filled with ice.

2. Top with the heavy cream and stir.


Margarita

Ingredients
 2 ounces blanco tequila
 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
 1/2 ounce agave syrup
 Garnish: lime wheel
 Garnish: kosher salt (optional)
Steps

1. Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and agave syrup to a


cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

3. Garnish with a lime wheel and kosher salt rim (optional).

Bloody Mary

Ingredients
 Celery salt
 1 lemon wedge
 1 lime wedge
 2 ounces vodka
 4 ounces tomato juice
 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
 1 pinch ground black pepper
 1 pinch smoked paprika
 Garnish: parsley sprig
 Garnish: green olives
 Garnish: lime wedge
 Garnish: celery stalk
Steps

1. Pour some celery salt onto a small plate.

2. Rub the juicy side of the lemon or lime wedge along the lip of a
pint glass.

3. Roll the outer edge of the glass in celery salt until fully coated, then
fill the glass with ice and set aside.

4. Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in.

5. Add the vodka, tomato juice, horseradish, Tabasco, Worcestershire,


black pepper, paprika, plus a pinch of celery salt along with ice and
shake gently.

6. Strain into the prepared glass.

7. Garnish with parsley sprig, 2 speared green olives, a lime wedge


and a celery stalk (optional).
Dirty Martini

Ingredients
 2 1/2 ounces gin or vodka
 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
 1/2 ounce olive brine
 Garnish: 2 to 4 olives
Steps

1. Add the gin or vodka, vermouth and olive brine to a mixing glass
filled with ice and stir until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with a skewer of olives.

Painkiller

Ingredients
 2 ounces Pusser’s rum
 4 ounces pineapple juice
 1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
 1 ounce cream of coconut
 Garnish: nutmeg, freshly grated
 Garnish: pineapple wedge
Steps

1. Add the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut to
a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a hurricane glass or snifter over crushed ice.

3. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge.

4. Serve with a straw.

Aperol Spritz

Ingredients
 3 ounces prosecco
 2 ounces Aperol
 1 ounce club soda
 Garnish: orange slice
Steps

1. Add the prosecco, Aperol and club soda to a wine glass filled with
ice and stir.

2. Garnish with an orange slice.
