SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, JOSE C. JAVIER, JR., of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and
presently residing at Brgy. Roxas, Cordon, Isabela, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint REYNALDO H. QUIAMBAO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and with address
at Liaison Office - Camp Crame, Quezon City, to be my/our true and lawful Attorney-in-
Fact, for me/us and in my/our name, place and stead, to do and perform any or all of the
following acts, to wit:

1. To represent me at Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Camp Crame;

 To make, sign and execute all necessary documents regarding to the release
of Bank Statement of Account and/or Certification pertaining to my Savings
Account bearing No. 1867946035;

 If said Savings Account was closed, then my Attorney-in-Fact will secure a

Certification from the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Camp Crame;

 To pay any and all such that may be necessary to effect the release of said
Bank Statement of Account and/or Certification;

 To receive any and all documents related to the release of said Bank
Statement of Account and/or Certification from the concerned government
agencies/offices;

2. To make, sign and execute any and all documents with all and any third persons,
concerns and entities which may be necessary or required for the fulfillment of the
above-given powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full

power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite,
necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as I/we might or could do if personally present. HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my/our said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done under and by virtue of these presents.
