II. Course Title : Labor Relations and Negotiation
III. Course Description : The course introduces the students to the 2nd part of the Labor Code which focuses mainly on Labor Relations which defines
the status, rights, duties, as well as the institutional mechanism that govern the individual and collective interactions between
employers, employees, and their representatives

IV. Course Learning Outcomes :At the end of the course, the student must have:
A. Understand the basic principles and concepts of Labor Relations.
B. Identify if an employer-employee relationship in a particular situation which is material to know if the Labor Code applies.
C. Realize the importance of knowing how the relationships between employers and their employees affect businesses.
D. Appreciate the respective rights and obligations of employers and employees.
E. Able to incorporate the knowledge of Labor Relations in their daily personal lives.
F. Able to apply the knowledge on Labor Relations in running businesses.
