ORAL ORDER

2 23-03-2021 Being an appeal against an order passed by the

Special Judge, National Investigation Agency (for brevity, NIA)

Act, it is submitted by the appellant’s counsel that the matter

requires consideration before a Division Bench. Due to

typographical error of inadvertence, instead of Criminal Appeal

(DB) in cause title, it has been typed as Criminal Appeal (SJ).

An application has also been filed to this effect. In the same

application, it has been stated that in the first page of

Memorandum of Appeal, the State of Bihar through NIA has

been written due to inadvertence. State of Bihar, not being a

necessary party, is required to be deleted and in its place, Union

of India through NIA is required to be substituted in its place.

Mr Manoj Kumar Singh, Advocate has appeared for

 Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.361 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2021

the NIA.

In order to carry out the aforesaid corrections, the

appellant is granted permission. Thereafter, office to take

appropriate steps accordingly.
