Hyundai Service Learning Management System – E Learning APP ‘HLOG’ was introduced in early 2018, with more than
26,000 registered users. We have received positive response from all dealer partners in successful utilization of HLOG for
online learning & assessments over the time.

We have been continuously improving HLOG for better knowledge retention. In Apr’21, we have introduced Interactive
Gamified Assessments – i.e. assessments integrated with games like Cricket, Football, Boxing and Bike Racing.

We are now, glad to inform that second part of HLOG 2.0, LMS Gamification is being introduced. LMS Gamification
consists of Reward Points for various activities in HLOG such as completion of Courses / Assessments / Surveys / Fastest
Finger First Assessments, change of password (once in a month) & welcome bonus (once in a day). Also, country wise /
dealer wise & region wise leaderboard is shown to map performance.

To get benefitted from the HLOG 2.0 APP, download the latest version from instructions given in below Annexures:
a. For Android Phone users – Refer the instructions given in Annexure 1.

b. For iOS users – Refer the instructions given in Annexure 2.

Annexure - 1
HLOG Installation / Updation in Android
1. Users can download the HLOG 2.0 APP by following the below steps:
a. Uninstall the HLOG APP currently installed in your phone (Mandatory for installing new APP).
b. Click on the link: https://hlog.in/android/index.html
c. Once you click the link, the below screen appears, click on the shown Icon and click OK to download the APP.

d. Click Open & Install the APP after downloading.

The above procedure is applicable only for Android Version 5.0 and above.

Annexure - 2
HLOG Installation / Updation in iOS
1. New Users need to open the link https://hlog.in/ios/index.html (Testing is undergoing for iOS version. The link will

be active in 2 weeks) on Safari Browser.

a. Once you click on the link, following screen will appear. Click on Install App.

b. Following screen will appear, click on Install and please wait for the APP to install. You can see the installation
happening on the Home Screen.

2. Once the App is installed, follow the below process:

Go to Settings  General  Profile & Device Management (or) Device Management  Click on Hyundai Motor India
Limited App  Click on Trust "Hyundai Moto India Limited"  Click on Trust  Application Installation Process is
Complete (APP is Ready to Use).
NOTE: If the above process is not completed successfully, below mentioned error will pop up.

3. For Existing Users

a. Forced Update – When the user opens the HLOG, a pop up message for
update will appear on the screen. User needs to click on the Update.

The above procedure is applicable only for iOS Version 9.3 and above.
