SUBJECT : VIRTUAL FLAG RAISING CEREMONY

1. Pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 19 s.2012,

“Observance of Flag Ceremonies” and “Commemorating of 500 th Anniversary
of the Victory of Mactan”, this Office announces the virtual flag raising
ceremony on May 3, 2021, Monday at 7:00 am.

2. Consistent with the above provisions, participation of all employees of the

Bacoor Elementary School including non-teaching personnel are enjoined to
attend the virtual flag raising ceremony.

3. The activity zoom link will be sent to participants a day prior to the conduct of
the activity.

4. Please observe proper attire.

5. Attendance of all concerned is highly appreciated.

6. Strict compliance to this Memorandum is directed.
