Secretarial Duties
Ensure that the exchange area and reception area are always kept neat n
tidy with all official items neatly arranged at all times.
Respond courteously to all calls and record all inbound and outbound calls
and submit daily reports to the Exchange supervisor.
Filing of all documents in designated files and cabinets. Liaise with Deputy
Head of Customer Service Quality on filing of office documents
weekly. Ensure accuracy in filing.
Assist with staff motivation activities;
Preparing thumbs up prizes 48 hours ahead of time.
Record all thumbs up awards and send monthly updates to Head of
Customer Service Quality Department.
Coordinate all other awards - ABCD shout, Exceptional service awards,
Caught doing it right, Employee of the month/quarter and End of year
awards.
Coordinate all other related activities with stakeholders - meals,
registration, and training materials.
Distribution of Brochures at Head Office Banking Halls;
Ensure that all brochure stands within the Head office departments are always
filled with bank brochures.
Liaise with cleaners to ensure that the dispensers are cleaned regularly.
