Preamble

Whereas the Second Party works for the First Party in the Job/profession of Air Conditioning Assistantunder an Unlimited
Term Employment Contract No. (MB216320896AE ) commencing as of 10/07/2019. And whereas both Parties desire to
continue this Contract, both Parties have agreed upon the following:
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻷوﻝ‬

‫ أﺑﻮ ﻅﺒﻲ‬: ‫ ﺑﺪﻭﻟﺔ ﺍﻻﻣﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻣﺎﺭﺓ‬،‫ أﻭ ﺑﻤﻬﻨﺔ ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪ إﺻﻼح ﻣﻜﻴﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻬﻮﺍء‬/ ‫ﻳﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺄﻥ ﻳﻌﻤﻞ ﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﺑﻮﻅﻴﻔﺔ‬
First Article

The Second Party shall work for the First Party in the job/profession of Air Conditioning Assistantwithin the UAE,
(Emirate Name:Abu Dhabi.).
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬

‫ ﻭﻳﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﺑﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ ھﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﻳﺎﻡ ﻭإﻋﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺑﺪء ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬، 1 ‫ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺣﺔ ﺍﻷﺳﺒﻮﻋﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﻤﺪﺓ ﻳﻮﻡ‬
Second Article

The Second Party’s weekly rest shall be 1 day(s). The First Party shall determine such day(s) and inform the Second Party
thereof at the commencement date of the employment relationship.
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ‬

، ‫ أﺷﻬﺮ ( ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺍﻟُﻤﺤﺪﺩ ﻟﻺﻧﻬﺎء‬3 ) ‫ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻳﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺑﺘﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺍﺧﻄﺎﺭ ﺑﺎﻹﻧﻬﺎء ﻟﻠﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ ﻣﺼﺤﻮﺑﺎ ً ﺑﻤﻬﻠﺔ إﻧﺬﺍﺭ ﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ‬، ‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺭﻏﺒﺔ أﺣﺪ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ إﻧﻬﺎء ھﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
.‫ﻭﺗﻜﻮﻥ ھﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺓ ﻣﺘﻤﺎﺛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ‬
Third Article

Should either party desire to terminate this Contract, such party shall notify the other party of such desire within (3
Months) as a prior notice before the determined date of termination. Such period shall be similar for both parties.

:‫ ) ﺍﻟﻒ ﻭﻣﺎﺋﺘﺎﻥ ﺩﺭھﻤﺎ( ﻭﻳﺸﻤﻞ ھﺬﺍ ﺍﻷﺟﺮ ﺍﻵﺗﻲ‬AED 1200 ‫ أﺟﺮ ﺷﻬﺮﻱ ﻣﻘﺪﺍﺭﻩ‬: ‫ﺍﺗﻔﻖ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ أﻥ ﻳﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ‬
800AED(‫ ) ﺛﻤﺎﻧﻤﺎﺋﺔ ﺩﺭھﻤﺎ‬: ‫ﺍﻷﺟﺮ ﺍﻻﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﻭﻣﻘﺪﺍﺭﻩ‬

‫ أﻳﺔ ﺑﺪﻻﺕ أﺧﺮﻯ‬:
350 : ‫ﺑﺪﻝ ﺍﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺧﺼﻤﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺍﻣﻨﺖ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ‬
50 : ‫ﺑﺪﻻﺕ ﺍﺧﺮﻯ‬
‫ ﻁﺒﻘﺎ ً ﻟﻠﻨﻈﻢ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻘﺮﺭھﺎ ﺍﻟﻮﺯﺍﺭﺓ‬، ‫ ﻭﻗﻴﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻼﻡ ھﺬﺍ ﺍﻷﺟﺮ‬، ‫ﻭﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﺑﺴﺪﺍﺩ ﺍﻷﺟﺮ‬
Fourth Article

Both Parties agree that the Second Party shall work for the First Party in return for Monthly Wage of 1200 AED (One
thousand two hundred) . Such wage shall include:
The Basic Salary at an amount of AED 800(Eight hundred)
Allowances:
These allowances should include without limitation:
Housing Allowance: FIRST PARTY
Transport Allowance: FIRST PARTY
Other Allowances :
FOOD ALLOWANCE WILL BE DEDUCTED INCASE COMPANY PROVIDES FOOD : 350
OTHER ALLOWANCES : 50
The First Party shall pay the wage and the Second Party shall receive the wage according to the regulations determined by
MOHRE.
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺨﺎﻣﺲ‬

‫ ﻋﻠﻰ أﻥ ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ‬، ‫ ﻭﻻ ﻳُﻠﺰﻡ أﻱ ﻁﺮﻑ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭ ﺗﻌﺎﻗﺪﻩ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ ﺑﻐﻴﺮ إﺭﺍﺩﺗﻪ‬، ‫ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺗﻌﺎﻗﺪﻳﺔ ﺭﺿﺎﺋﻴﺔ‬، ‫ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻨﻈﻤﻬﺎ ھﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬، ‫ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ أﻧﻬﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﺈﺭﺍﺩﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻔﺮﺩﺓ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺒﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺮﺗﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻭﻓﻘﺎ ً ﻟﻤﺎ ھﻮ ًﻣﺤﺪﺩ ﺑُﻤﻠﺤﻖ ھﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻭﻭﻓﻘﺎ ً ﻷﻳﺔ أﻧﻈﻤﺔ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔ أﺧﺮﻯ ﺳﺎﺭﻳﺔ‬
. ‫ ( ﻣﻦ ﺑﻨﻮﺩ ُﻣﻠﺤﻖ ھﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬1 ) ‫ ﻭﺗﻨﺘﻬﻲ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ إﺫﺍ ﺗﻮﺍﻓﺮﺕ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺼﻮص ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺪ‬. ‫ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺯﺍﺭﺓ‬
Fifth Article

The labour relationship, governed by this Contract, shall be a contractual, consensual relationship. Neither Party shall be
obliged to continue such contractual labour relationship with the other Party without its consent, provided that the Party
terminating the Contract at its sole discretion shall bear all legal consequences resulting therefrom as stipulated in the
Annex enclosed herewith and according to any MOHRE Applicable Laws. The labour relationship between both Parties
shall end if any of the events set forth in Article (2) of the Annex enclosed herewith occurs.

ْ ‫ﻳﻘﺮ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ أ‬

Sixth Article

The First Party acknowledges that it has informed the Second Party of all the articles stipulated in the Annex enclosed
herewith (6 articles in total(.

Seventh Article

The Second Party acknowledges that it has thoroughly reviewed all the articles stipulated in the Annex enclosed herewith
(6 articles in total).
‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺜﺎﻣﻦ‬

. ‫ ﻭﻳﻠﺘﺰﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﻜِﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻭﺭﺩ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ‬، ً ‫ ﻭُﻣﻜﻤﻠﺔ ﻟﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﺎ‬، ‫ﻳُﻘﱡﺮ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎﻥ ﺑﺄﱠﻥ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺑﻨﻮﺩ ُﻣﻠﺤﻖ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺟﺰٌء ﻻ ﻳﺘﺠﺰأ ﻣﻨﻪ‬
Eighth Article

Both Parties acknowledge that the articles stipulated in the Annex enclosed herewith constitute an integral and
complementary part hereof and shall be binding on both Parties.
