    - The political system of the Philippines in the 19th century has a lot of issues.
    The Spaniards ruled over the country in the 19th century and Filipinos
    became the slaves of the Spaniards. They claimed the taxes of the Filipinos
    and the Filipino people worked under the power of the Spaniards. The
    administrative abuse of power and corruption was constant. The officials
    have no dedication to duty and moral strength to resist corruption for
    material advancement. The Spaniards collect and waste the money of the
    Filipinos through power and superior authority.
