Service/Incident Request : User creation in Records Manager.

Actual Request : To create user in Records Manager

Action Taken : Created user in Record Manager and provided requested group
access.

Steps:
--------
1. Login to Web server (prdcm05) by connecting 30.144.66.80 Jump Station.

2. Open Record Manager and searched for requested user last name - It is not
existed in RM

3. Since it is a request for new user , We have created the user and assigned to
requested group.

Conclusion: We have created the user as per the user details provided.

And we have confirmed the same to the BOQ IT Team through


email.

analysis:
check the logs,
Error - System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file because it is
being used by another process.
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError()
at System.IO.File.InternalMove(String sourceFileName, String destFileName,
Boolean checkHost)
at System.IO.File.Move(String sourceFileName, String destFileName)
at ProcessDocuments.Process.ProcessBatchFolder(String inputPath, String
batchNumber, String destinationPath, Boolean& pstatusSuccess)
so, kill the batch processing, and reproduce the batch.
so the ops team will validated the batch and it is moved to idms

conclusion: batch processed successfully. hence we closed this ticket.


Service Request : Some batches were in QC Error

Analysis :
- Login to KTM server
- check the batches which are in QC Queue.
- open batch and find the error and reprocess, then un-reject the error batches.
-move to KTM server queue
-The mentioned batch was moved to KTM validation queue for OPS team validation
-OPS team will validate and will process the batch

Conclusion : Batch moved to KTM validation queue for OPS team


validation. Hence we close the ticket.

- go to C drive and user loader-> user input-> paste it on the required csv file
- and run the script, it will create the user in AD.
