Subject: Completion of Commissioning for FOA-NO-A886/2002 Charge Feed Pump & HPRT Dear Sir, We, SNM hereby declare that the Pump 201-P-01B installed at site Haldia, Refinery at DHDT area were subjected to some changes & adjustment in axial probe displacement setting in alarm & trip value which is increased i.e. (0.60 MM & 0.75 MM) respectively due to angular bending at NDE shaft threaded part for which there were variation in axial probe reading. Though there was no other problem with the pump running condition we hereby authorised IOCL to run the pump with the changes & adjustment that has been proposed by SNM. These changes were made only in Pump 201-P-01B by SNM and we hereby assure guarantee that if in future if there is any problem with the axial displacement we will provide full support and rectification on the pump 201-P-018 Best regards, T.
