This Contract is made and agreed by both parties for the mentioned goods below according to the terms and conditions as

1. With 5% more or less both in amount and quantity allowed at the seller option.

2. All documents provided by seller (include but not limited to original Sales Contract,Packing list,Invoice,Bill of

Lading,Phytosanitary Certificate,Certificate of Origin and etc) should be offered prior to vessel arrival.

3. The details showned on documents (include but not limited to cargo name,piece count,net weight,gross weight,brand and

ect) must be accurate.

4. Terms of payment: T/T payment in partial acceptable before end of DEC 2021.

5. Time of Shipment: Before end of DEC 30,2021.

6. Loading Port And Destination: Reached SHENZHEN from EGYPT port by SHENZHEN.

7. Insurance: To be effected by the Seller for 110% of invoice value against All Risks to destination.

8. This contract come into effect from signing date,any amendment and additional clause to these conditions shall be valid

only if make in written from and duty confirmed by both parties.
