    IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiffs JENNY

    WRIGHT, NATALIE SOUD, and JAMES COBB and Defendant IFF

    CHEMICAL HOLDINGS, INC. (collectively, the “Parties”), through their

    respective counsel and pursuant to Fed R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) that Plaintiffs’

    claims against INTERNATIONAL FLAVORS & FRAGRANCES INC. are

    hereby dismissed without prejudice, and the action remains ongoing as to

    Plaintiffs’ claims against IFF CHEMICAL HOLDINGS, INC.
