    1. Relative to the preparation, submission and checking of School Year end reports for
    2020-2021, the Public School District Supervisors, school heads and teachers are hereby
    advised to adhere to DM # 14, s. re: Interim Guidelines on the Preparation, Submission of
    School Forms, and DepEd Order No. 12 s. 2021 re: Amendment of School Calendar for the
    current school year. Below is the summary of the no. of school days :

    2. The learners’ daily attendance (SF 2) shall be computed using the Annex 2 in D.M.
    No. 14, s. 2021. The number of regular days for the months of March to July depend upon
    the application of learning modality of the school and may be computed using the LACT1,
    LACT2, LACT3, example LACT1 March has 23 days, LACT2 March has 27 days, and
    LAC3 has 27 days, etc. The schools are given an option to adopt LACT 1, 2, 3 for Quarters 1
    and 2 but they are required to adopt the LACT for Quarter 3 and Quarter 4.

    3. Wide and immediate dissemination of the content of this Memorandum is desired.
