    RESOLUTION REQUESTING FAVORABLE CONSIDERATION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL


    OF THE PROGRAMS/ PROJECTS FUNDED FROM THE BY-2019 5% BDRRM FUND.

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council of Ziminila,
    Camalaniugan, Cagayan in meeting assembled adopted the Disaster Management
    Programs and Projects to be carried out with the use of the Barangay 5% BDRRM Fund
    CY-2018 amounting to ONE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS
    AND 30/100 (₱ 102,430.30)

    WHEREAS, the BDRRMC Disaster Preparedness and Management Programs/Projects


    was formulated based on the needs of the constituents in times of calamities pursuant
    to the applicable provisions of the Rules and Regulations implementing the RA 8185;

    NOW THEREFORE

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by this body in meeting assembled to request


    favorable consideration of the Barangay Development Council for the incorporation
    of the BDRRMC Disaster Preparedness and Management Programs and Activities in
    the CY-2019 Barangay Annual Investment Program;

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all Municipal


    Government Offices concerned for their information, ready reference and
    appropriate action.
