Activity 1. Reaction Paper

Directions: Make a reaction paper at least 500 words on the significance and
importance of the Conceptual Phase, Research Design and Planning Phase.

To enhance the delivery and outcomes of health care for patients, families, and communities, health
practitioners depend on research. To achieve reliable and generalizable results, research must be carefully
planned and carried out. As a consequence, it is important for those conducting research to gain experience
in research design and execution.
All of the components of a successful research design work in accordance with one another. The
theoretical and conceptual framework must be aligned with the study's objectives and goals. Similarly, the
data collection process must be compatible with the research goals, conceptual and theoretical structure, and
data analysis method.
The conceptual phase marks the beginning of research and the intellectual process includes
translating a research idea into a practical and proper scientific design. Depending on the investigator's
experience, this process may be time consuming. During this period the literature is criticized on the subject
of interest, the subject is constantly refined and reduced to a concise issue and intent of the study.
Copernicus, for instance, used conceptual analysis to develop ideas on the constellations in stellate based
on his universe observations. On the basis of his own conceptual findings, Galileo simplified the experiments
by making more experimental studies and verified the predictions of Copernicus at the time.
The aim of research design is to provide true, objective, precise, and cost-effective answers to
research questions, as well as to serve as a control platform, optimize structural variance, control extraneous
variance, and minimize error. For me, research design is important because it helps the various research
operations run smoothly, resulting in research that is as effective as possible, yielding maximum knowledge
with the least amount of effort, time, and money. The reliability of the results obtained is influenced by the
research design. As a result, it serves as a solid basis for the entire study. For example, in order to build a
house that is both affordable and attractive, we need a blueprint (also known as a house map) that has been
well thought out and prepared by an experienced architect; similarly, we need a research design or a schedule
in advance of data collection and analysis for our research project.
In research plan, it is critical because we need a starting point when we formulate new ideas. We will
find new knowledge and look deeper into things and learn about new developments with a study plan. We
have to always keep a strategy based and discovery-friendly.
We live in the technological age now and this is why we have technology restricted. Technology has
facilitated our lives, we can save a great deal of time with technology today. For almost all, research was still
very necessary, even if there was no technology in all research, but that used to be a time consuming
operation, of course.
Research is now very simple, with the Internet we can do 90 percent of our research at home and get
answers to all the questions that we want. Study is important for all areas, so it is essential for the writing of
essays that all authors of essays continue to work in the process.
