MENTORING AGREEMENT FORM
We both agree to enter into this partnership. We are hoping that this will be rewarding experience to
spend time discussing developmental activities. We agree that. . .

1. The mentoring relationship will last for six (6) months. This period will be evaluated every three months
and will end by amicable agreement once we have achieved as much as possible.

2. We will meet at least once a month. Meeting times, once agreed, should not cancel unless this is
unavoidable at the end of each meeting we will agree a date for the next meeting.

3. Each meeting will last a minimum of thirty (30) minutes and a maximum of sixty (60) minutes.

4. In between meetings we will contact each other when needed by cellphone no more than once every
weeks/days.

5. The aim of the partnership is to discuss and resolve the following issues:

6. We agree that the role of the mentor is to help the teacher improve his ability in using manipulative
Science equipments and develop their teaching competence in Science.
7. We agree that the role of the mentee is to inquire manipulative science equipment and encourage
pupils to express their unique views and concepts.
8. We agree to keep the content of these meetings confidential.

9. The mentor agrees to be honest and provide constructive feedback to the mentee.

10. The mentee agrees to be open to the feedback.

9. The mentor agrees to be honest and provide constructive feedback to the mentee.
