Subject:- Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Cuarantee Act (Mahatma Gandhi NREGA) on

account payment of 3'd installment of l't tranche of Central Assistance for financial year 2021-
22 towards wage (Category ST) component to the State Government of Andhra Pradesh.

In continuatiott to this Ministry's Mother sanction order of even No. dated 07.06.2021,1am
directed to convey the sanction of the President of India for release of an amount of Rs. 3,75,18,2491-
(Rupees Three Crore Seventy Five Lakh Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Forty Nine Only) to
State Employment Guarantee Fund-National Electronic Funds Management (SEGF-NeFMS-ST) Account
of Andhra Pradesh as 5th Installment out of total amount of Rs. 1311671961610/- [Rs. 131,67,96,6101-
(vide Mother Sanction dated 07.06 .2021) + Rs.62,42,610/- (Residual amount of previous mother sanction
dated 27.05.2021 with U.O. No.l76lFinancel2021-22) for implementation of the Mahatma Gandhi
NREGA during the FY - 2021-22. The details of the fund are as under:

2. The payment under DBT are linked to the FTOs generated based on primary records retained at
GP/Block level and therefore the accounts/primary records will be audited by the Comptroller and
Auditor General of India and the Internal Audit of the Principal Accounts Office of the Ministry of Rural
Development in terms of Rule 236 (l) of the General Financial Rules-2O17.

3. Further installment out of the remaining sanctioned amount would be released as per FTOs
entered in MIS by State Government and reflected in PFMS.

4. The grant is towards plan expenditure and will be utilized for approved items of works subject
to the conditions laid down in the Mahatma Gandhi NREGA Guidelines issued from time to time. No
deviation from the provisions of these Guidelines is permissible.

5. All other terms and conditions mentioned in sanction order of even number dated 07.06.2021
shall remain the same.

6. The DDO Mahatrna Gandhi NREGA, New Delhi (216737) will be the Drawing & Disbursing
Officer for the purpose

7. The amount mentioned in Para-l above will be transferred to State Employment Guarantee
Fund in Account No. 40078417663 in the name of SEGtr'-NeFMS-ST under Mahatma Gandhi
llREGA, in the TREASURY BRANCH, IBRAHIMPATNAM, ANJANEYA TOWERS, 1"
FLOOR, IBRAHIMPATNAM, DIST.KRISHNA, ANDHRA PRADESH- 52L456,IFSC Code No.
