2. CIRCLE OF SILENCE

1. One person in the group is selected to wear a

blindfold and asked to stand in the middle of the circle.
2. Rest of the group should slowly pass the selected

3. The object must be passed from one person to the

1. Find a good location, form pairs. Ask one partner to be

the navigator (guide), and the other to be blindfolded.
2. Once the blindfolded partner is ready, slowly spin the

which direction they are headed.
3. The guide should not touch the partner at all. He or
she should be navigated to avoid obstacles to reach the
targeted location.

5. HUMAN KNOT
 DURATION 20-30 minutes

1. Have everyone stand in a circle facing each other.

2. Tell everyone to reach their right arm towards the
center and grab someone else's hand.

RULES 3. Next, have everyone reach their left arm in and grab
someone else's hand.
4. Now, employees need to work together to untangle
the human knot without letting go of any hands. The
goal is to end up in a perfect circle again.
6. TRUTH AND LIES
 DURATION 10 – 15 minutes

1. Have everyone sit in a circle. Each person prepares

three statements, two of which are true and one of
which is a lie.
RULES 2. Person shares the three statements to the entire
group.
3. The object of the game is to figure out which
statement a lie.
7. BLIND DRAWING
 DURATION 10 – 15 minutes

1. Divide up teams of two and have the players sit back

to back.
2. One team member will be given a picture of an object
