FINAL MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

Complainant, _________________, pro se,

respectfully states that:

1. On December 27, 2019, the Honorable Arbiter

_______________issued an Order granting the Complainant’s Motion
for Extension to file her Position paper;

2. On January 23, 2020, Complainant received a copy of the

said Order requiring to file her Position paper on January 29, 2020;

3. Due to the tremendous pressure of securing a new

employment being the family’s breadwinner and obtaining the
services of a legal counsel, Complainant was only able to secure the
services of her legal counsel on January 20, 2020;

4. Upon conferring with her counsel, Complainant was

advised to seek the Honorable Arbiter’s compassionate indulgence to
grant her an extension of atleast five (5) days or on February 3,
2020, to submit her Position paper;

5. This motion is not intended for delay but is motivated

only by the foregoing reason.
 WHEREFORE, complainant respectfully prays that she be
granted additional five (5) days from January 29, 2020, or until
February 5, 2020, within which to submit complainant’s Position
paper.
