III. METHODOLOGY
C.Santhosh Kumar et al[2]has designed a patient
monitoring in the area of machine learning . The class of
supervised algorithm is beyond by one of the well known
method in support vector machine(SVM). The exact
categorization of normal and abnormal sick person can be
applied by SVM.

The input for the SVM classifier hasbeen recruited by

the MPM from the four physiological vital signs. The
intrinsic union between the four vital signs has been
set up to be deep routed through detailedstudies made
on physiological parameters in healthyindividuals.

The introduced system build by the use of both the

four vital signs details and correlation featuresgrant in
growing the strength of the MPM system. The
correlation features are create by getting the geometric
mean of multiplication of essential physiological
parameters in sets of two.

The correlation feature set is

(x1x3) , √ (x2x4)]

Harish.H.M et al[3] has designed and developed the

wearable physiological parameters monitoring device .It
has been evolved is based on the Zig-Bee and it is
reported in this paper.

The physiological parameters like heart rate and

temperature of the human body can be monitor by
using this system. This device discovered is based on a
person if it is medically disturbed and the receiver

V. RESULT AND DISCUSSION

The heart rate sensor,

temperature sensor and pulse oximeter was
connected to the arduino microcontroller and HR,
Temperature and oxygen saturation values was
obtained. ECG sensor was acquired to calculate the
respiration rate from the ECG signal. The sensors
are connected as shown in the figure.ECG
waveform was displayed in DSO and other
parameters in LCD. The patient database of 20
person was compared with the acquired values and
condition was analyzed. when the abnormal
condition was detected, an email is sent to the
caretaker via wi-fi module ESP8266.
The second part of the project was to
develop an efferent SVM algorithm that detects
patient condition. The designed MPM System was
used to create a real time database from 200
persons, vital signs was collected and label was
created as normal and abnormal .six correlation
features were also computed from 4 parameters. In
total 10 features were created for 2000 samples. The Figure.3 Shows the e-mail sent to a person in case of
abnormality
samples was segmented into training(1500 samples)
data and testing (5000 samples) data. The SVM
linear classifier model was created and trained. A
classification accuracy of 95% was achieved using VI. CONCLUSION
designed system In this paper, dual objective was focused and
achieved. Firstly a cost-effective IOT based MPM system
was designed. Secondly, effective SVM algorithm was
modelled and tested. The IOT based MPM system
designed efficiently than existing system. The future
work focuses an combining the machine learning
technique with cloud computing, so that point of care can
be allowed to patients at remote place and quality
healthcare can be produced .
