    MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR (JMC) ON THE REVISED UNIFIED
    SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES FOR THE NCI-SRD MASTER IN PUBLIC
    MANAGEMENT MAJOR IN RURAL DEVELOPMENT (MPM-RD)
    SCHOLARSHOP PROGRAM (VISAYAS CLUSTER)

    In the interest of the service, the following DILG Region 08 personnel are hereby
    directed to attend the Public Consultation for the Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC)
    on the Revised Unified Scholarship Guidelines for the NCI-SRD Master in Public
    Management Major in Rural Development (MPM-RD) Scholarship Program (Visayas
    Cluster), spearheaded by the National Convergence Initiative for Sustainable Rural
    Development (NCI-SRD), aimed to produce a revised draft of the JMC and increase
    participants’ knowledge on the NCI-SRD MPM-RD Scholarship Program. The Consultation
    will be held on July 22, 2021, via online platform, to wit:
