Mortgage Underwriter
Conduct a thorough and accurate analysis of loan applications and all related
documentation for completeness and conformity.
Review and evaluate entire credit and collateral package to insure loan is of
investment quality
Review and analyze borrowers’ income documentation to determine adequacy,
stability and continuance of income
Successfully closed average of 50 loans monthly.
Review and evaluate borrower’s credit history to support loan repayment
