I hereby confirm that we fully comply with the TNT (UAE) LLC Unknown Shipper
Policy. In doing this, we agree to open and check all consignments originating
from unknown shippers prior to handing over these consignments to TNT (UAE)
LLC.

In addition, we hereby agree to ensure that no “Dangerous Goods” are given to

TNT (UAE) LLC under any circumstances. “Dangerous Goods” are those defined
through IATA and UN classification.
