Over the last 2 years the company has substantially expanded its operations and
now includes FOUR main business activities:

1) Corporate Finance Advisory Services, including mergers and acquisitions

advisory, business valuation, financial modeling and transaction support
services;

2) Strategic Advisory Services, including analytical research, business strategy

development, brand development, product promotion and advertising
advisory;

3) Project Management and Implementation, including organization,

execution, management and control over projects originated through 1)
and 2) above;

4) Corporate Administration Services, which supports both the project

management team and external clients in corporate administration and
secretarial services.

We differentiate ourselves as a boutique with a clear focus on natural resources

and energy industries. We advise companies operating in mining, metals, oil and
power generation and based in Western Europe (predominantly English and
German speaking countries) and the CIS (Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine). Our
clients operate globally and range from junior exploration companies to large
multinational groups.

Over the years we worked with such companies as Kazakhmys PLC (UK,
Kazakhstan), A-TEC Industries GmbH (Austria), MKM Mansfelder Kupfer und
Messing GmbH (Germany), Norilsk Nickel (UK, Russia), Aureus Mining PLC (UK,
Liberia), Clemente Manpower Ltd (UK, Russia, Kazakhstan), VADO Mining Ltd (UK,
Kazakhstan, Russia), United Group S.A. (Luxembourg, Russia, Czech Republic),
Artyomsol SE (Ukraine) and Athos Biofuels Ltd (UK, Turkey).

The income is derived from advisory fees and commissions we charge our clients
on projects executed in one of the above mentioned four operating divisions.

Our head office is located in the UK and our current physical address is 7 Pine
Walk, Cobham, Surrey KT11 2HJ, United Kingdom. We do not have established
overseas branches but we have authorized representatives operating in Hannover
(Germany) and Moscow (Russian Federation).

We are a specialist boutique advisory firm with total of 11 personnel. There are 4
professional and 2 support staff based in the UK head office, 2 representatives
operate from Hannover and further 2 professionals and 1 admin assistant are
