Introduction:
Hello, Kia Ora, Bula, Bonjour and Welcome to the Ground / Ramp Services Course Outline.
This brief document shows what you will have to complete in order to become a fully qualified and
trained Ground Personnel staff member here at Nohea Airways.
If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask your Department Manager or an airline
Executive.
Course Outline:
There are 3 parts (A,B and C) of this course, which must be passed in order for you to attend flights as
a fully qualified Ground Personnel staff member.
Once completed, you will be awarded your qualified staff member rank in both the Discord and
Roblox Group.
FAQ’s:
It all comes down to the activity of the person training you, and also the activity and motivation of the
trainee themselves! We have the resources provided for you on our Staff Resources Website so you
can study the handbook in your own time.
Yes of course! Simply join our Roblox Group and our Discord / Communications Server, and join our
Careers game to apply. Just note applications aren’t always open so please be patient and stay tuned to
when they open again next.
There is definitely a higher chance of your application being accepted if you have previous
Ro-Aviation experience, however if you are new to the Roblox industry, just ensure you have an
excellent application, and most importantly, a good attitude!
Why is this so much more complex than the hiring process at other Ro-Aviation airlines?
We like to think of it as more organized. We have created all these documents, tests, presentations,
and so on so our staff are highly trained and flights have a significantly lower chance of going wrong.
This way we can hire people with little to no Ro-Aviation experience and help set them up if they come
to apply at other airlines in the future.
If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to DM an airline executive or your
department manager by joining our Discord Server (Link can be found in the footer below).
