190ml fresh milk
5gr sugar
5gr glaze
400gr flour
40 gr sugar powder
2 gr salt
65 gr melted butter
1 chicken egg
1 liter cooking oil
2. How to make donuts
Step 1: Make yeast mixture
Add 100 ml of fresh milk 40 degrees, 5 gr sugar, 5 gr enamel to the bowl,
mix well. Wait for 10 minutes to ferment yeast.
Step 2: Prepare donut flour
Take another larger bowl, add 400 gr of flour (filter through a rail to
make it smooth). Then add 40 gr flour sugar, 2 gr salt, 65 gr melted peanut
butter, 90 ml fresh milk, 1 chicken egg in with flour and mix them up
Then add the yeast mixture in step 1 to this bowl and mix them again
until you see a fine powder. Cover the face with food wrap and leave the
dough for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, we take out the dough, sprinkle some flour on the table
to prevent sticking, knead with your hands for about 20 minutes until you
see the powder is very smooth. During this step, you can also use a dough
machine (if necessary ) to save time and effort when kneading by hand.
Put the dough back in a bowl, apply a layer of oil to the surface of the
dough so that the dough doesn't dry out. Cover the surface with food wrap
and incubate for 1 hour at room temperature.
After incubating for 1 hour, the dough will expand twice, you press your
hand against the surface of the inelastic powder, the powder is ready to take
away for baking.
Step 3: Create a cake shape
Sprinkle a little powder on the table to prevent sticking, put the dough on the
table, use a rolling ball of thin powder about 8mm-1cm.
Use a round frame which has a 8cm-diameter to press on the surface of the
dough to shape the cake, and a smaller circle to create the inner circle.
You do until the number of prepared powders runs out then place the pieces
of cake in the tray with lined stencils and incubate them for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Fry the cooked bread
Put oil in a aluminum pot, leave the oil to boil and turn to medium heat, then
put the cake in the fry (Note: The cake must be fried with a large amount of
cooking oil so that the new cake will be crispy).
Fry until the cake is cooked evenly with dark yellow, then take it out, put it
in a plate with oil-absorbent paper.
Step 5: Decorate donuts
Melt the prepared, white and black chocolate, then dip one side of fried
donut.
When chocolate is still hot, you use crumbled chocolate, candy colored
cereal or roasted almonds to decorate the cakes. Hot cake is delicious, very
soft and sweet.
