INTRODUCTION
This workshop is about documentation
When we say documentation, what comes first in your mind?
When we talk about documentation, what first comes in our mind is camera, photos and videos.
But basically, it’s not just all about that.
Let’s start with this verse from Exodus 35:35
He has endowed them with skill to execute all
Types of work: engraving,
Embroidering, the making of variegated cloth of
Violet, purple, and scarlet
Yarn and fine linen
Thread, weaving, and all other arts and crafts
The Lord will be filling us with skills and creativity through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is not just
only about the type of camera, or whether your too old enough or not techy to take good photos or videos.
This workshop will make you realize that you don’t need those mentioned to capture and document an
event.

OBJECTIVES
1. To explain the importance of basic documentation especially photos and videos in
evangelization like CLP.
2. To enumerate tips on how to C.A.P.T.U.R.E. Jesus’moments.
3. To provide simple exercises on how to apply what they learn from the topic.

In documentation we:
Keep records of the event through photos and videos
This are (photos and videos) valuable treasures as the time age
Worth looking back as we grow in our faith in God and service in CFC

WHY DOCUMENTATION MATTERS?

Documenting the moment could be as important as the moment Itself.
This photo was taken last 2015 in Leader’s conference held at MOA. How we ended up as a flag
bearer has also a story.
Documenting the moment helps you to tell the story of a specific experience.
This photo was our first time to lead the CLP. It is also the first time that our chapter held a CLP
outside our area. The most memorable experience for me is when
