Dear Agency Leaders and SMT,

We are providing to you the June ManuLEARN links and folders, for your use.

Kindly ensure that new recruits are provided the VALID and ACTIVE links together with
the navigation guide. Expired links will not have access to the portal. Links are
indicated in the Manulife Learning Journey Folder (pdf format). The self-registration
should only be done ONCE and with the use of a CORRECT EMAIL.

Access to the ManuLEARN portal is VALID FOR 2 MONTHS ONLY. After which, the
account will be disabled. Thus, it is recommended that the recruit completes all online
courses to be able to enroll to the JumpStart Program.

You may also refer to other details below as stated in the memo 2019-AL#19 Digital
Manulife Learning Journey Folder released on June 11, 2019.

• There will be a monthly release of the links together with the navigation guide to
all Agency Leaders (Region Head, Branch Head and Unit Head) and Sales
Management Teams. IARs may coordinate with their direct ALs to get a copy of
the link. There will be no hard copy of ManuLEARN folder to be distributed in any
of our branches and during Grand COPs.

• The schedule of monthly release of links and navigation guide is every 3rd week of
the month for the following month’s use.

Example:

Releasing Schedule: 3rd week of December

Month covered: January

Starting February 2021, succeeding Monthly Links will be published through

Manulife Access.

Digital Manulife Learning Journey Folder, Manulearn Quick Guide and FAQs are also
available under Sales Tool of Manulife Access.

properly guide them to access and use ManuLEARN.

Follow the easy steps below:
1. Register once with a correct email.
2. Complete the online courses:
• Green 7 Protocol 2.0
• Green eVolution 2.0
• JSP Pre Requisite Courses (Regulatory Modules)
o 2020 ACOBE Re-Certification and Conflict of Interest Disclosure (CID)
Attestation
o 2020 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF)
o 2020 Privacy Information Protection (Data Privacy)
o 2020 Social Media Training
• Save a copy of the Certificate of Completion for all online courses mentioned
above and send this to your Agency Leader. This will be submitted together
with other requirements to enroll in the JumpStart Program. The permit to
take the Life Insurance examination from the Insurance Institute of Asia and
the Pacific (IIAP) will be provided by the Trainer upon successful
enrollment. The exam facilitated by the Insurance Commission will no longer
require the issuance of the exam permit.

folder.
