1. What is your lesson learned in accomplishing the objective?

a. Accomplished Objective
I have learned that monitoring is a must using different tools, like checking if all the learners were properly given Modules and LAS; checked if
those distributed materials retrieved in scheduled time. The enrolment in LIS is one of the practices of the school just achieved the objective of zero drop out.

b. Unaccomplished/Ongoing Objective
Conduct rigid follow up and close monitoring to identify the cause of delay of the project being implemented.

2. How can monitoring and evaluation help in addressing the needs/issues/concerns in the ongoing/unaccomplished objective?
Monitoring and evaluation help us improve our PPA’s for it allows us to adjust every quarter in order to accomplish certain targets.

3. Cite three (3) insights while accomplishing the activity.

1. M&E are very important because it addresses right away the problems and make adjustments that you see fit.
2. It teaches us how to manage time specifically in conducting activities and programs.
3. It gives insights on what to do in the preparation of PPA’s.
