1. Schedule and Online Platform

The 3rd Philippine Social Worker’s Day will be held on June19, 2021, at
9:00am to 3:00pm via Zoom Video Conferencing using the details below:

2. Reminders

2.1 The dress code for awardees/guests/official representative to the

consortium/DSWD officials/ is Filipiniana dress for women and
Barong Tagalog for men, while delegates is business attire.

2.2 Bring your Professional’ Identification Card/ Social Work license

number. This is needed during the signing of attendance sheets and
Evaluation form in the morning and in the afternoon.

2.3 Please secure a quiet space with strong connection, free from
distractions and let others know within your vicinity that you are in
an activity

2.4 Please encode your FULLNAME. Example Maria R. Santos or Juan

A. Manuel. This will the name to be reflected in the Certificate
Participation to be issued after the activity
2.5 This activity is with approved 8 CPD Credit Units

2.6 Your participation in the whole duration of the activity is expected

3. Online Meeting Protocols

3.1. ALL ATTENDEES

 Ensure to have a strong internet connection to avoid interruptions.

 Please log-in to the online meeting room twenty (20) minutes before the
start of the activity

 Rename your connection ID, indicating your Social Work Association

before your Full name. For example (PASWI-Maria R. Santos, ADSWI–Juan A.
Manuel)

 Please turn off your videos and microphones to avoid interference and
ensure a clearer reception for everyone.

 Register and sign in the Attendance Sheets. Click the link located at the
chat box

 Should you have any questions/clarifications during the Philippine

Social Workers' Day, you may use the chat room function.
Questions/Concerns will be answered at an appropriate time.

3.2 . AWARDEES

A. During the portion of awarding

 Upon hearing from the emcee, the name of the concerned association
to be awarded, please open your camera and ensure to be in the right
frame

 Please smile and wave your right hand once you hear your name from
the emcee and in the spotlight
  Turn off your camera once the emcee said thank you to the awardee,
who will give the message from your association or remove from the
spotlight
