Dear Dr. Danay:

Greetings!

Casiguran Central School will conduct a limited face to face reading sessions and home
visitation to grade 1 pupils and grades 2 to 6 pupils who are struggling learners, in every Barangay
where the learners belong. The venue of face to face meeting will be in their barangay hall. Aside
for reading sessions, teachers will also conduct summative tests in all pupils with corresponding
schedules coordinated to parents and guardians. Health protocols will always be maintained and
observed.
In connection to this, may we request for your approval for the 43 teachers of Casiguran
Central to conduct such activity to cater those learners in need.
Thank you for your usual support for Deped programs.
Attached herewith is the list of names of teachers who will conduct limited face to face
meeting in every Brgy. Hall and home visitation with an organized schedule of time.
