1. Function of Negative Pressure

Keep Ink in sub ink tank, Disk filter, Print

head. So head can get continuous inks

when printing.

2. Negative Pressure Made and Tube Connect

I. Setting Value

The board have 4 setting value.

1 white Min Pressure, 2 white Max pressure. (Group 1 when Meter

exit setting mode and flash)

3 Color Min Pressure, 4 Color Max pressure (Group 2 when Meter

exit setting mode and flash)

This meter is the setting value.

1. If you set -3.0 the negative pressure pumb will make the air

pressure store in tank. If the pressure lower than -3.0, the

Negative pressure pumb will works again to reach the setting

 value.

2. If current value bigger than setting max value, it will leak

pressure with a snuffle valve!

II. Store air pressure tank.

III.Monitor meter. It only show the pressure to head. When bigger

than the white meter max

i: The meter used to display the pressure value.

ii: Max Pressure Protection system

Problem: pressure bigger than Max monitor

Notice: when protection model means your negative pressure out

of control! Please check your setting value and the system

hardware.

3. Adjust negative pressure

I. Add or reduce the setting value!

①. Enter setting model. Press “ESC” You will get flash “1 3.23”

This means number 1 value -3.23 (press “ESC” again switch to

number 2 value “23.33”)

Number 1: White Min set value

Number 2: White Max set value

Number 3: Color Min set Value

Number 4: Color Max set value

Notice: the Max value bigger -0.1 to -0.15 than Min value

②.Click “MOV” change the number you need change. The flush

number means current adjust one.

③. Use “ADD” button adjust the numbers.

④. Press “ENT” button save the setting

press “ESC” again switch to next setting value.

4. Adjust the Front Meter protection value

I. Set 1-P Protection Value

Press “SET” button one second. Set the protection value 1-P with

“UP” and “DOWN” button

1-P Flash with number

(★★★Warning value 1-P and 2-P the same value. ★★★

★Normally 1-P to 2-P bigger than current value★ )

II. Set 2-P Protection Value

Press “SET” button again it will switch to 2-P

2-P Flash with number

Set 2-P with “UP” and “DOWN” button. The same value ad 1-P

4. Bad status when printing

I. When bad status directly print a nozzle check

You will see your head bad status

ii. check head surface, head surface leak few inks or not. (the leak

inks block head nozzle ). You need add the few negative pressure.

Example: from -3.2 to -3.3 or more.

iii. head not leak ink, but press cleaning button have few bubbles

inside head, you need reduce few negative pressure,

Example: from -3.3 to -3.3 or more.

After cleaning button to maintenance heads, print nozzle check it

is perfect, but after print 5CM to 10CM job it banding again,

normally negative pressure problem.
